Apple:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
At this time, Sales and Trends do not offer detailed reports of individual transactions.
If you offer auto-renewable In-App Purchase subscriptions, and your app is in Newspapers & Magazines and uses the Newsstand Kit, customers who opt in to personal information sharing will share their contact information with you. This information will include the users’ names, email address, postal code, and Apple ID for the In-App Purchase.
I would be happy to submit this as feedback on your behalf to the appropriate team because I know many other developers would like to see detailed reports as well.
After doing some further research, I found there are several reasons that you may see differences between your Sales and Trends and the payment that you receive for the month.
The first is that Sales and Trends uses the standard Gregorian Calendar, whereas your Payments are based on Apple’s Fiscal Calendar. When trying to reconcile, be sure to select the date range in Sales and Trends based on the Apple Fiscal Calendar.
The second reason is that a transaction appears in Sales and Trends after a customer has tapped the “Get” or price icon to download the item. This is provided for your benefit so that you can see your daily transactions in real time. Payments are not as instantaneous as sales transactions. It takes our systems time to process the transaction and verify all of the needed information. As a result, it’s normal to see a lag between your end of month Sales and your end of month Payments.
Note that if you tend to have more sales towards the end of the months, the lag will be higher because more sales will get carried over into the next payment period.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
